At Brandeology LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Stochos. This Refund Policy outlines your rights to a refund and how to request one.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please use one of the following methods:

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • New subscriptions within the first 30 days
  • Subscription renewals within 30 days of the renewal charge
  • Upgrade plan changes within 30 days of the upgrade charge

Refunds are not available for:

  • Requests made after the 30-day window has expired
  • Usage-based overages or pay-as-you-go charges
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Service until that date. Canceling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund — you must separately request a refund if you are within the 30-day window.

Trial Period

Paid plans include a trial period. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary in this case.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all payment processing, customer service inquiries, and returns on our behalf.
